LW1634 Crocheted Cloche and Scarf Set

I was typing my message and suddenly the box disappeared. Hmmm Anyway, I wondered if anyone has made this hat. It says to make as for scarf. The scarf begins ch 185. To me, that seems like a really large hat. And 58 rows also seems like a lot, but it's sc so maybe ... It also only gives one color but the photo looks like more than one to me. Beautiful set though.

Hi Sandiewho,

The pattern you are talking about begins with ch 15, not 185 and then you only work 40 rows as for the scarf.  This portion of the hat is then joined and you begin working the crown, decreasing after Rnd 6 with a total of 18 rnds for the crown of the hat.  Are you reading the pattern correctly?  Let me know if I can help further.

Re: LW1634 Crocheted Cloche and Scarf Set
Hi again Sandiewho,

I just went in to check on what was on line and it is different from the leaflet I have.  I'm trying to find out which is correct.  It seems somehow things got flipped around while setting it up on line.  I'll get you the corrected version as soon as possible.
