Knit & Crochet Shows 2011

It’s been 2 weeks since I returned from the Knit & Crochet show in Minneapolis.  What a great show for knitters and crocheters.  The show started off with Professional Development day, wonderful speakers talking about the various aspects of the crochet and knit world. 

Then there was the market … such a variety of exhibitors with all types of goodies for stitchers, many different classes to take, editors to meet, designers and teachers to chat with.  It was three days in stitchers heaven!  And I didn’t come home empty handed.

I was there enjoying the show and  helping Mary Colucci at the Craft Yarn Council booth, teaching those who wanted to learn how to knit or crochet. 

There is another Knit and Crochet Show this Fall in Greensboro, NC.  Come see the Red Heart team…we’ll be looking for you.

Greensboro Knit & Crochet Show

The Red Heart booth was mobbed on Friday, when I went. It's hard to imagine all the different kinds of yarn that were on display. My friend had never been to a show before and was just in awe. We enjoyed the show bunches and tons. Of course we came away with new patterns and yarn. Good show. ;~)))
