National Wear Red Day is Feb. 4

February is National Heart Month and to recognize the millions of women who have battled with heart disease February 4th is National Wear Red Day.

Women Heart is The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease and is partnering with Red Heart to promote the HeartScarves program. HeartScarves provides handmade knit or crochet red scarves to members of our WomenHeart Support Networks and to women undergoing cardiac procedures. The red scarves offer comfort; support and encouragement for a woman with heart disease and become a part of her healing journey.
