Red Heart Fall Crochet Along


We are ready to begin our Fall Crochet Along, it will be through our Red Heart Yarns Facebook page, and we will continue to blog about it here on HeartStrings. We recently asked you to tell us what you might like to work on for our next Crochet Along. You have given us some wonderful suggestions. Based on those suggestions, we have selected 4 different crochet patterns for you to choose from. You will notice they are different categories this time based on what you asked for.

Please make your selection by commenting on which you would prefer by September 23rd, we will post the selected project, and you will have time to purchase items needed for your project. Our Fall Crochet Along will begin on October 11th.  

How to video’s will also be available for the project you select.

Hi, I know I'm late in getting signed up for this crochet-a-long, however I have decided to do the One Ball Baby Set and was able to locate the pattern. I today went and purchased the yarn.

This is a very exciting afghan. I downloaded the pattern to see what was involved. I definitely like the idea of connecting the motifs as you go - makes it so much easier to keep up with what you have made, without having to collect a stack of motifs. And you get to see the finished project progressing as you go. Should be a lovely addition to my home. Thanks so much for offering this pattern to us.

I really love them all! My first choice is the Friendship Shawl. It it simply gorgeous. I think it would make a great gift and it would be easy to personalize with choice of colors and yarn.

I also crochet Comfort Wraps for my local hospice. This could also be used for my patients in need.

The Purse looks like a great gift.

I know it's selfish, but we just got two puppies and I would love to make them both sweaters. I've been knitting and crocheting for charity lately, but need to make something for home.

after reading ALL the comments and sitting here for like five minutes i have decided to make the friendship shawl. I have allways liked shawls and so i think it would be nice to wrap up at the table with it while i do my school! (im homeschooled)
