Red Heart's Spring Knit Along 2012


Over the past month we have asked you what project you would like to work on for the next Red Heart Knit Along. Based on your comments, it was between shawls and baby items. We have selected 3 knitted shawls and 3 knitted baby sets for you to vote on which you would like to work on for the Spring Knit Along.

Vote for the project you would like to make between February 7 – 28th. We will announce the project on March 8th. To make sure everyone has enough time to gather their supplies, the Knit Along will begin on or about March 26th.

I would make any of these but voted for the baby blankie and puppy because I need to make something for a coworker who's expecting; gender still unknown. These are all great choices, and I will make whatever is the final pick. For those who worry about expense -- and I am one -- with the Ruffle and Wrap in Midnight, I would use 40 percent off coupons at Jo-Ann and/or 20 percent discount at shopredheart.com. You can have just about anything if you buy it one skein at a time. I am getting Changes yarn for the Glam Cardi this way -- it works fine; I can't knit with all the skeins at once anyway! :)
