Week 7 Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge
It’s the middle of the week, hump day, Wednesday … and that means it’s time for the Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge. As the day to day events of life, family and work seem to be out of control, I look forward to our Wednesday evenings together and this week more than ever. This is my therapy! Tonight I’ll be finishing up the Ruffle Rose Pillow that I started last week, and then I’m going to work on the South Beach Cover Up. I’ve selected Washable Ewe in Zinnia for this project.
We are approaching our last week of the Stitching Challenge...next Wednesday, May 25th, will be the last day to post your pictures and the last day to "like" a photo is June 1, 2011. Winners will be announced on June 3, 2011.
Just a reminder, you are the judges on the project photo’s. We discovered you can only post 200 pictures per album, so we have created a second to add all the wonderful projects you are stitching. As you view the Facebook photo albums "Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge", and "Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge Part II", don’t forget to "like" your favorites.
Join me again tonight while watching your favorite Wednesday night show or listening to your favorite music. What’s on your hooks and needles tonight? And remember to post those pictures on the Red Heart Facebook wall. Let's see how creative everyone can be.
If you missed weeks 1-6, and want to learn how this works, please read the posts below:

Hope you can help!
I remember about a hundred years ago a friends mother making a stunning afghan that was made up of square motifs of 3-d red roses surrounded in black. I do not recall if there was any green in the motifs,I just remember those glorious roses. I thought it was called american beauty but I had no luck finding the pattern that way. Thank you!
