What is your order policy?
Please submit your order at RedHeart.com, we are not able to process orders via telephone. After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see this email within 5 minutes of completing your order. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
We pride ourselves on getting RedHeart.com orders on their way quickly and efficiently. While our average processing time is 36 hours, unfortunately, on occasion, it can take 3-4 business days to pick, pack and ship your order. All orders are picked, packed and shipped on a “first come, first serve” basis, we do not expedite processing times for individual orders.
At this time we do not process backorders. If your item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the out of stock product, ship the balance of your order and issue a refund for the missing product, taxes (if applicable) and shipping upcharge. You will need to place a new order if you still need the item when it is back in stock.
If the item(s) you order are out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the order to stop the hold on your funds. If you have not received a Ship Confirmation email within 4 business days and you have verified the Ship Confirmation email is not in your spam/junk folder, please log into your RedHeart.com Account to confirm your order is still active. If it has been cancelled, and you did not request the cancellation, we did not have enough of the item(s) you ordered. Please watch for the item(s) to return to the In Stock status and place a new order.

Go to the "login/register" link at the top of the page. Enter the email address you used to create the account and click "Email Password". The email should arrive in your Inbox within a few moments. If you do not see it within 30 minutes please check your spam/junk folder.
Some yarns are dyed in large batches with each batch assigned a "dye lot number". Using a color from the same dye batch assures a color match from skein to skein. Other yarns are spun from fiber that is already colored and are labeled as "no dye lot" yarns.
Unfortunately, we are not able to match dye lots. We do try, but depending on demand, the warehouse can go through several dye lots in less than a week. And when dye-lots are picked through looking for matching dye-lots to complete a single order we unfortunately sometimes end up with a few skeins in each of several dye-lots. If you cannot find the dye lot you were using, the best thing to do is to take some of what you have to the store and try to get the best match. Look at it in natural and artificial light if possible. Work alternating rows with the two different dye lots to lessen the effect of knitting with a second dye lot. Not all stores carry all of our yarns in all available colors so you will need to check with the individual store. You can order any of our yarns in any color online.
To use the promo code: In your shopping bag of RedHeart.com you will find a place to enter your promo code. Enter the code exactly as posted: no spaces if it is posted with no spaces, capitals/lower case as stated, the letters and numbers have to be correct. The easiest way to make sure it is correct is to copy and paste it into the place and click "Apply".
Promo code not working? Are you sure it is the correct code? If so, then the items in your cart may be on sale and our special promotion coupon codes are for regular priced merchandise only. If there is a minimum buy quantity to qualify for the discount then only regular priced merchandise is calculated toward your minimum total.
Please Note: Please verify that the discount was added to your order by reviewing your order before submitting it to us. Once your order has been submitted, the promotional code can no longer be added. If you submit an order without the promotional code, please email RedHeart.com Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and after your order ships, we can issue a refund for the amount of the discount. If the discount is not there and you have verified that you qualify for the discount, please email customer service at email@example.com.
What is a Flash Sale?
A flash sale is a discount or promotion offered by an ecommerce store for a short period of time. The product quantity is limited, which often means the discounts are higher or more significant than run-of-the-mill promotions.
All the yarns we have available are located on the site. If you do not find the yarn or color you are looking for, more than likely it has been discontinued. We do not keep a back-stock of any of our yarns; once they are discontinued and sold out they are no longer available through us. You may, however, still be able to find it at your local retailer or even an online discount retailer.

Why don't you ship to my country?
We currently do not have the capability to ship to every country. We are always evaluating which countries we ship to in consultation with our shipping partners, and regularly add new countries. To see the current list of countries we ship to, please see the Shipping Information page.
Where can I buy Red Heart yarns in my country?
Red Heart is sold in craft stores across North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico). It has limited availability in stores in Central and South America, Europe, and Australia. To see where Red Heart is sold in the United States, please visit our Store Finder. For Canada, please contact our Consumer Services team. For Mexico please contact our Consumer Services team in Mexico. For Chile, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For Colombia, please contact the Consumer Services team in Colombia. We do not currently have information on the stores in other countries.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for packages shipped to US, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom destinations only. When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email. In this email you will find the tracking number for your order. If you click on this number you will be transported to the site of the carrier where you can track your order from our door to yours.
Please note: It may take 24 to 48 hours after your order ships for the carrier to update its tracking information.
Tracking says your order was delivered but you have not seen it?
Please check with other household members to make sure they did not receive it and forget about it. Check with neighbors; it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Call your local post office and request they check for it there. If all of this fails to produce your package, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
How does Expedited Shipping work?Expedited shipping only speeds up the shipping process. We still need time to process and fill all orders. If you choose "2 Day Shipping" the clock starts at the time the carrier service picks your order up from us. When calculating your projected arrival date, please only include business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all US Federal Holidays). If your order leaves the warehouse on Monday it should arrive at your door on Wednesday, Tuesday should arrive on Thursday, Wednesday should arrive on Friday, Thursday should arrive on Monday and Friday should arrive on Tuesday. These are not delivery dates from the time you placed your order; you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email when your order is ready to leave our warehouse.
Adverse Weather occasionally delays delivery of expedited parcels. Please note we cannot guarantee 2-Day delivery during extreme weather conditions. Deliveries delayed due to extreme weather conditions will not be refunded.
Entered an incorrect shipping address on your order?
Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern time; any voicemail message left and email sent outside of this window will be received the next business day.
Your package will ship to the shipping address you supplied with your order. If your package is returned to us because there is a mistake or missing information in the shipping address you provided, the order will be processed as a return, the merchandise will be returned to stock and you will receive a complete refund for the products only; shipping charges will not be refunded. If you would still like the items you ordered you will need to return to RedHeart.com to place your order again.
If we made the error on the shipping label, we will, of course, pay the reship charges. Please make sure you enter your correct address, suite, and/or apartment number.
Our shippers are aware of all parcels being shipped to individuals. If you are shipping to a business, be sure to supply the name of the business along with a C/O name.
P.O. Box vs. Physical Address
If you have a P.O. Box, please enter its information on one address line and your physical address on the second address line; this will help ensure you receive your package in the least amount of time.
Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange merchandise purchased through RedHeart.com. If you order something and upon receiving it have decided it is not what you want for whatever reason, please return according to return procedure and reorder any other items you may want in place of it.

Method of Payment
Red Heart and Coats & Clark are committed to providing the most secure on-line shopping experience possible. Your credit card and purchase are safe and secure. We use secure servers and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. When you finish adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on Proceed to Checkout and fill in the required information including method of payment. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase.
Your credit card information is perfectly safe on redheart.com. The personal information you enter when you set up an account cannot be viewed without your Email Address and Password.

Change/cancel an order?

Change: We are unable to make changes to orders already in our system. We can cancel the order, at which time you will need to place a new order with the correct items and quantities.
Cancel: If you'd like to cancel your order, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. For the most efficient service please supply your Name, Order Number, Email/Phone Number, and "Cancel Order" in the subject line. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if we receive your request before your order has been processed.
We pride ourselves on getting RedHeart.com orders on their way quickly and efficiently, so the sooner you email us, the better. Once your package has been processed, we cannot cancel your order. When you receive it please return to us at the address below in the Return Policy. However, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges.
NOTE: We may need up to 3 days (excluding weekends and US Federal holidays) to process your order. However, there is a chance that we could have your order picked and processed within hours of the time you place it, making it necessary for you to contact customer service as soon as possible with your request to change/cancel your order.
Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the State or Province to which the merchandise is shipped.
Your Order Confirmation email should arrive in your email box within minutes after your order has been completed.

We do not hold backorders. We fill hundreds, sometimes thousands of orders every day and while we strive to fill everyone's order efficiently and completely, occasionally the available quantity of an item is not sufficient to fulfill all incoming orders for that particular product. If you place an order for product and we do run out of stock, that item will automatically be cancelled from the order and you will be issued a refund. We do not backorder. If we had to cancel an item from your order, you will receive notification via email with the details of the refund; item, quantity, and amount. This notification will be sent to the email account used to create your RedHeart.com account. If you still want the remainder of your order, please return to RedHeart.com to place another order for the items previously out of stock.
General return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully picked and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, simply email us at email@example.com. For the most efficient service supply your Name, Order Number, Email/Phone Number, and we will do our utmost to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Please package the items, unopened and unused (for yarn this pertains strictly to the paper wrapper around each skein), in a box with a copy of the original Packing Slip or a copy of the Ship Confirmation email.

6. Red Heart Facebook Terms & Conditions
At Red Heart we've been a family for over 75 years and we have no intention to change. You, our fans are part of that family and our Facebook page is a place for us all to talk about our products and promotions. Therefore, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take down photos, comments and other material deemed 'non-family oriented' by the Red Heart and Coats & Clark teams. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, disturbing photos, angry or aggressive behavior toward fellow fans, famous fans or our team members, and posting anything in violation of any intellectual property right of another. If someone persists in offensive behavior or continually violates any of our house rules, we may block that person from further participation on our Facebook page or on any other social media platform operated by Coats & Clark. So please, just remember to respect your family.
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information;
- Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
- Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
- Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded; and/or
- Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Your viewing of any materials on the Site constitutes your approval of these Terms and Conditions of Site Use and consent to jurisdiction in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of North Carolina, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
