RED HEART® “Eco-Cotton™ Blend”: 1 ball any color (1 ball makes 2 luminaries). Shown Luminaries used 1373 Linen Marl and 1645 Moss.
Crochet Hook: 5 mm [US H-8].
Yarn needle, 5”, 6” or 7” metal or plastic rings, quart jars, craft sand, tea light candles.
Directions are for quart size jars. Changes for 2 quart size are in parentheses.
Gauge is not important for this project.

If you have a craft or hobby
If you have a craft or hobby store in your area, they probably have the rings. Sometimes they're with macrame supplies but we've seen them in the floral department, too. Just be sure to measure the size of the jar you want to use!

Does anyone have suggestions on where to get the rings for this project? And suggested size - a friend had her husband cut pvc pipe - but surely I won't have to resort to that??
