Throw measures 59" x 45" without edging.

Beginning the square
I had a hard time understanding, "With A, wind yarn around finger for beginning ring, leaving a tail to tighten the ring; insert hook into ring and draw yarn through..." So I chained 10 and slip stitched in beginning chain to create the ring. It worked well!
