This easy to knit cowl can be made quickly with bulky textured yarn. Tassels have been added around the outer edge for an easy to do fashion accent.
6” (15 cm) piece of heavy cardboard (for making tassels)
- RED HEART® Medley™: 2 balls 960 Urban (Note: 960 Urban is Discontinued)
- Susan Bates® Knitting Needles: 8mm [US 11] 24” (60 cm) circular needle
- Susan Bates® Crochet Hook: 11.5mm [US P-16] (for attaching tassels)
- Stitch marker
- Yarn needle
